  • 2. Fees and the collection method

    • (2) Fees: Total amount of the basic charge for standard-size mail, general registered mail and proof of delivery per case

    The Company will respond by mailing the documents prescribed by the Company to the requester or his/her agent, or by sending an electromagnetic record in the form specified by the Company to the e-mail address designated by the requester.

  • 4. Reason for exclusion

    Please note that the Company may not respond to requests for disclosure, etc. in any of the following cases. If the Company decides not to make disclosure, the Company will notify the requester in writing with the reason.

    • (1) When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the requester or a third party;
    • (2) Where there is a risk of causing serious hindrance to the proper performance of the business of the Company;
    • (3) When other laws and regulations may be violated;
    • (4) When the identity of the requester cannot be confirmed, for example, when the name and address, etc., stated in the request do not match those stated in the identity verification documents;
    • (5) When a request is made by an agent and the authority of representation cannot be confirmed; or
    • (6) In addition to each of the preceding items, when the Company is not required to comply with a request for disclosure, etc. under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

    • (1) When a request for disclosure, etc., is made, Personal Information obtained by the Company is used only to the extent necessary to respond to the request.
