1. Basic Policy
We, at T. HASEGAWA CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), make every effort to provide timely information to all our stakeholders on an ongoing basis in a transparent and fair manner and in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as well as the rules and regulations stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “TSE”).
2. Information Disclosure Methods
Important information subject to the timely disclosure rules stipulated by the TSE is publicly disclosed through registration in the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the TSE, after notifying the TSE in advance.
We will post the same information on our website immediately after it has been published on the TDnet.
With regard to other information that is not subject to the timely disclosure rules, our policy is to provide accurate and fair disclosure of such information in an appropriate manner, in keeping with the principle of timely disclosure.
3. Earnings Forecasts and Forward-Looking Statements
Plans, projections, and strategies of the Company that do not pertain to past or current facts constitute plans and forward-looking statements about future operating results that are based on information currently available to the Company.
Accordingly, actual operating results may differ from these forward-looking statements as a result of various risks, uncertainties, changes in the economic situation and other factors.
4. Silent Period
The Company observes a silent period from the day after each quarterly closing date to the day of the announcement of the financial results in order to prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness. During this period, the Company refrains from answering questions and making comments related to earnings results.
However, if expectations emerge during the silent period that causes the earnings forecasts to change substantially, the Company will make a suitable public announcement in accordance with disclosure rules.
The Company will respond to questions that are limited to information previously made available to the public, even during the silent period.
